Head of Sales - Full Time
Location Blackburn, Lancashire UK (Office Based)

Bliss Distribution is a rapidly expanding company with an outstanding reputation for the speedy distribution of trading card games (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering), tabletop RPGs (Dungeons & Dragons), card protection (Ultra Pro, Dragon Shield), anime collectibles, gifts and more! Our company has a fantastic wholesale and distribution operation that covers the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.

We are looking for someone who has a flair for sales, a bubbly personality, and strong managerial skills to lead our UK, office-based sales team.

Reporting to the General Manager, as Head of Sales you will be integral to ensuring support and motivation to the sales team. The successful candidate can look forward to working in a fun environment with a friendly team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and mentorship abilities to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team, helping them achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with all departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor customer performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Perform regular reviews and one to one’s.
• Tradeshow attendance.


• Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role (minimum 18 months).
• Extensive experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A tenacious, driven work attitude.


8.45am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 45min break for lunch.

Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays (rising to 25 days based upon length of service)
